Charitable Organization Report Rubric

Choose a local, national, or global service/charitable organization, researching and presenting its history, founders, mission, funding allotment, and ways one can get involved and contribute. This includes at least a two-page, double-spaced, typed paper and oral presentation with a visual aid. The students may choose an organization from the list the teacher provides or choose one on their own. All organizations must be approved by the teacher.

• Description of how funds are distributed and what percentage of donations go toward the project versus operating and other costs

• What can we learn from this organization, personally and as LLA students and staff?
